When you select a different currency, the available subscriptions and their prices are displayed using the selected currency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click Support to open the Support section, where you can create a new ticket and contact the technical support team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the Notifications icon to quickly view recent account and service alerts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udccc Notes: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Changing the display currency only changes how available subscription prices are shown in the portal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Top Bar remains available across all sections of the Telsip Business Portal, providing quick access to language, currency, support, notifications, and navigation controls from anywhere in the portal.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full image-border\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1361\" height=\"602\" src=\"https:\/\/wiki.telsip.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Top_bar_all-ezgif.com-optimize.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10169\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Notifications<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>Notifications<\/strong> section keeps you updated with important account, service, and system activities across your Telsip account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Notifications may include:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Spark updates, such as running, stopped, or terminated services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>DID Number updates, including status changes, renewals, expiry, and related activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wallet alerts, such as low balance notifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Company Verification updates, including approval or other verification status changes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Subscription and service updates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other important account or system notices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Each notification displays:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A brief description of the event or alert.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The time the notification was generated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Its current status, when applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can also:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click View all notifications to open the complete Notifications page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the notification bell in the top bar to quickly view recent notifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>View the total number of notifications and the number of unread notifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mark an individual unread notification as read.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click Mark all as read to mark all unread notifications at once.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udccc Note: Notifications remain marked as Unread until you open them or mark them as read.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full image-border\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"568\" src=\"https:\/\/wiki.telsip.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Notifications-new-ezgif.com-optimize.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10167\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Dashboard gives you a quick overview of your account and service status.
