The Login<\/strong> section is used to access the Telsip PBX management interface. Administrators must use the PBX domain and the account credentials provided after purchasing or activating the server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Login Steps<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. Open the PBX Domain<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Open a web browser and navigate to the PBX domain provided for the server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This domain opens the Telsip Manager<\/strong> login screen, where the administrator can access the PBX management interface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enter Administrator Credentials<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the login screen, enter the administrator account details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Username<\/strong>: Enter admin<\/code>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Password<\/strong>: Enter the password that was changed by the client from the email received after purchasing the server.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    After entering the credentials, click Login<\/strong> to continue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2. Complete CAPTCHA Verification<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    If CAPTCHA<\/strong> is enabled, the system displays a verification challenge after submitting the login credentials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Enter the characters shown in the CAPTCHA image, then click Submit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    CAPTCHA helps protect the login process from automated access attempts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. Enter OTP Code<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    If OTP verification<\/strong> is enabled, the system sends a 6-digit verification code to the registered email address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Enter the OTP code in the verification fields, then click Verify<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The OTP code is valid for a limited time only. If the code is not received, click Resend<\/strong> after the countdown ends. If SMS delivery is configured, the Send via SMS<\/strong> option may also be available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Access the PBX Dashboard<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    After the login credentials, CAPTCHA, and OTP verification are completed successfully, the administrator is redirected to the Telsip PBX Dashboard<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    From the dashboard, the administrator can begin managing extensions, trunks, call routing, users, security settings, and system services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Managing Account and Personal Preferences<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Account Menu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The account menu is available from the top-right corner of the interface. It provides quick access to user-related actions and system configuration options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • My Profile<\/strong>: Opens the account profile page, where the user can manage personal information, authentication settings, and password changes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    • Logout<\/strong>: Ends the current user session and returns to the login page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      My Profile<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      The My Profile<\/strong> section allows the logged-in user to manage personal account information and security settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Personal Information<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      The Personal Information<\/strong> tab allows the user to update profile details, including avatar, first name, last name, mobile number, email address, country, and timezone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The Authentication<\/strong> tab allows the user to manage login security options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Change Password<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        The Change Password<\/strong> tab allows the user to update the account password by entering the current password, the new password, and password confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Forget Password<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        The Forgot Password<\/strong> process allows users to reset their account password when they cannot access the system using their current login credentials. The reset process verifies the user\u2019s email address and allows a new password to be created securely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Open the Login Page<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        Go to the Telsip Manager<\/strong> login page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        On the login form, click Forgot Password?<\/strong> under the password field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        2. Enter Email Address<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        Enter the email address linked to the user account, then click Submit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        3. Verify the Reset Request<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        After submitting the email address, the system verifies whether the email exists and is associated with an active user account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        If the email is valid, the system sends a reset link to the registered email address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • You will receive an email titled \u201cPassword Reset\u201d<\/strong> from the system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • The email includes:\n

          • A password reset link<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Your username (in case you forgot it)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • The system address where the request was made<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            Note:<\/strong> If the email doesn\u2019t appear in your inbox, check your spam\/junk folder.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            4. Create a New Password<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

            Open the password reset link or continue from the verification step, then enter the new password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • Enter a new secure password<\/strong> that meets all the following requirements:\n
                \n
              • Minimum of 12 characters<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • At least one lowercase letter (a\u2013z)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • At least one uppercase letter (A\u2013Z)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • At least one number (0\u20139)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Re-enter the new password in the Confirm Password<\/strong> field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Click Submit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                5. Login with the New Password<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                After the password is reset successfully, return to the login page and sign in using the username and the new password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                This completes the password recovery process and restores access to the Telsip Manager PBX account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
