Users List<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The User List<\/strong> section is used to manage system users and their access to the PBX management interface. It allows administrators to review user accounts, check privilege status, filter users by access criteria, and create new user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add User<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Add User section is used to create a new user account and configure access settings for the PBX management interface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Personal Info<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The Personal Info tab is used to enter the user\u2019s account credentials and profile information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Account Credentials<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Username<\/strong>: Defines the login username for the user account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Password<\/strong>: Defines the password used for login authentication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Confirm Password<\/strong>: Confirms the entered password to ensure it matches before saving the account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

User Information<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Avatar<\/strong>: Allows administrators to assign or update the user profile picture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First Name<\/strong>: Defines the user\u2019s first name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last Name<\/strong>: Defines the user\u2019s last name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Email<\/strong>: Defines the user\u2019s email address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mobile<\/strong>: Defines the user\u2019s mobile number when required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Country<\/strong>: Defines the user\u2019s country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Timezone<\/strong>: Defines the timezone used for the user account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Permissions<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The Permissions tab is used to define the user\u2019s access level, account status, group membership, and individual permissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

General Permissions<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Superuser (Admin)<\/strong>: Grants full administrative privileges when enabled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Active<\/strong>: Enables or disables the user account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Groups<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Groups area allows administrators to assign the user to one or more predefined groups. Group assignment helps apply structured access permissions based on the user\u2019s role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Available Items<\/strong>: Displays groups that can be assigned to the user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selected Items<\/strong>: Displays groups currently assigned to the user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

User Permissions<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The User Permissions area allows administrators to assign specific permissions directly to the user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Available Items<\/strong>: Displays permissions that can be assigned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selected Items<\/strong>: Displays permissions currently assigned to the user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Authentication<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The Authentication tab is used to configure additional login security options for the user account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Email OTP<\/strong>: Requires a one-time verification code during every login. The code is sent to the user\u2019s email address, or to the user\u2019s mobile number by SMS if SMS delivery is configured and a mobile number is available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Captcha<\/strong>: Adds a verification challenge to help protect the account from automated login attempts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Blocked Users<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Blocked Users<\/strong> tab displays accounts that are temporarily locked due to failed login attempts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Users are automatically blocked after entering an incorrect password 5 times<\/strong>. Blocked users are automatically unblocked after 15 minutes<\/strong>, or they can be manually unblocked by an administrator when needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

User Activation Log<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The User Activation Log<\/strong> tab displays records related to user activation and deactivation activity. It helps administrators review when accounts were disabled, reactivated, or changed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
