Login<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Open the Telsip Manager<\/strong> login interface.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Enter the Username<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Enter the Password<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Select Login<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    • After successful authentication, the system opens the appropriate management interface according to the user’s assigned permissions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Users with Call Center Only<\/strong> permissions are directed directly to Call Center Manager<\/strong> and do not need to switch from PBX Manager<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Agents<\/strong> and Supervisors<\/strong> with Call Center permissions can access the Call Center environment directly based on their assigned role and permissions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      For users who have access to both PBX Manager<\/strong> and Call Center Manager<\/strong>, the Switch to Call Center Manager<\/strong> option can be used to move between the two management environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
