Introduction
Telsip Cloud PBX provides a redesigned cloud telephony management experience for businesses that need centralized control over calls, users, extensions, trunks, queues, routing rules, recordings, and system security.
The new design introduces a clearer interface structure, improved navigation, and a more organized layout for managing PBX services. It helps administrators access key modules more easily, monitor system activity, configure call handling features, and manage daily communication operations from a modern web-based interface.
Through the new management interface, administrators can configure extensions, SIP trunks, inbound and outbound routes, queues, IVR, voice prompts, Music on Hold, CDRs, security settings, users, permissions, system services, and backup tools.
Telsip Cloud PBX also supports the Telsip Mobile App through WebRTC technology, allowing users to make and receive business calls from supported devices with internet access. This provides greater mobility while keeping communication connected to the same PBX environment.
