SMS Summary
The SMS Summary section displays key SMS statistics, including:
- Total Messages: Displays the total number of SMS messages sent during the selected period.
- Total Bulk SMS: Shows the total number of bulk SMS messages sent through the system.
User SMS Activity
The Users (SMS Message) section provides a visual overview of SMS messages sent by each user, helping administrators and supervisors track individual SMS usage and activity.
User Bulk SMS Activity
The Users (Bulk SMS Message) section displays bulk SMS activity by users, allowing administrators and supervisors to monitor bulk messaging usage and identify user sending patterns.
Provider Activity
The Provider view provides an overview of SMS usage based on SMS providers, helping administrators and supervisors monitor message distribution across configured providers.
